"Just wow! I highly recommend BEERY ROOFING & REDESIGN, LLC. When calling several companies, Mr. Beery's office was the only one to returned my phone call promply and within a couple of hours of calling Ms. Brenda, very pleasant and helpful scheduled an appointment to inspect my roof, Seth came out and provided a reasonable cost! Best in town(honestly best out of 4), and he was a top notch individual to work with throughout explaining the materials that he uses and about the entire process from beginning to end and answered a sheet of questions lol I had surrounding permits, times and warranty information etc. Mr. Sean was just the best he was present on the workday throughout and ensured top quality work was in his standards and his team a set of professionals, they arrived promptly on the word day at 6:00 a.m. work started immediately, and was completed by 5:30 p.m. the same day!

In addition to the old shingles, they removed a non-functioning pool solar system from the roof. After re-seating our skylights, they sealed the interior seams smoothly. Cleanup was quick and thorough. (Recommend homeowners pace the perimeter several times to catch any missed items, but there weren’t many.) Friendly & hardworking crew.

I asked my husband to write the review: First was our experiences with the bid process.  We had been working off and on for about a year to find the right roofer to replace our asphalt roof.  We really wanted to go with metal, but due to insurance not wanting to cover metal for much longer than asphalt and combined with the doubling in installation cost, we decided to stick with asphalt.  The first thing I look for when I call for anything really is pressure.  The higher the pressure, the quicker they are eliminated from the list.  The second for me is follow up.  Do they contact me back or leave me hanging.  Then it is are they willing to answer follow up questions and compare themselves with other installation specs offered.  I always ask a question or two that I know the answer to just to confirm their honesty and how they will treat a dumb question.  If they can handle these few hurdles, they are probably a good candidate.  Sean and Seth both far exceeded on all points.  It was between them and another company.  Honestly, I wanted to go with the other company because of the product they offered which Sean didn't recommend because of cost to value for us.  Even with all this, I ended up going with the Beery team and the product recommendation Sean and Seth provided us.  Also they steered us away from a cheaper option - great cost but poor value.  Their office reps were kind, prompt, and helpful as well.  We signed with Beery. Now the install.  Just after daybreak (exact time they said they would start), we were alerted to their presence with the banging and scrapers on the roof.  Out of the trucks and right to work (military).  During the tear off, the team on the ground completely surrounded our home with tarps to catch any falling debris.  The young man in charge of the tarps and running materials to the team would circle the house constantly looking for and removing any materials that escaped the tarps or became caught by our shrubs.  Super clean all the way through.  Materials arrived as well as a debris removal truck.  As soon as the debris were removed from one side of the roof, the decking was replaced and new underlayment was going on.  The debris truck was removed and a conveyor was used to load shingles onto the roof.  I am sure there were many more things going on, but what caught our attention was the efficiency.  The other tings was that the team seemed to get along with each other like they wanted to be there (singing, laughing, etc).  It's extremely hard work, but they made it look easy.  The best for last.  When the job was done, Seth took me on a walk around to explain everything they had done.  He even showed me a few extras that they threw in because "it was the right thing to do".  No one from the team left the site until Seth gave them the okay that we were happy.  I'm not sure if they were doing a re-roof or defending our country, but it was the best construction experience we have ever had. We waited a few months to make this post, so that we would be sure to give a true representation of our experience with Beery Roofing.

I had a great experience with Beery Roofing. A few years after purchasing a rental property, I ran into two separate roof leaks and wasn’t sure where to start. I was able to pull the permit and track down the original company—Beery—and I’m so glad I did. I spoke with Seth, and from the beginning, his professionalism stood out. He communicated clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything easy to understand. He quickly sent his team out, and they handled both issues efficiently and in a timely manner. It’s not always easy to find a company that stands behind their work years later, but Berry definitely does. Highly recommended.

High quality materials, new shingles are literally twice the thickness of one home's original ones. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves to where you'd never know they were there if not for the new roofs.
